All mapped Parcel and CPR boundaries for the County of Kauai as of June 2025 (some CPR units are unmapped). Source - County of Kauai, June 2, 2025. Note: CPRs stack on top of Condo Master Parcels. Boundaries are illustrative and do not represent legal or survey level accuracy. Attributes are for assessment purposes only per the Real Property Department and are subject to change at any time. This layer is maintained by the County of Kauai. It is provided on various Hawaii Statewide GIS sites as a service to the public. Data is downloaded from the County of Kauai GIS website and integrated with the State's data approximately semi-annually. To obtain the latest copy of the County of Kauai parcel layer, users should visit the County of Kauai Open Geospatial Data Hub site - https://kauai-open-data-kauaigis.hub.arcgis.com/. Attributes are for assessment purposes only per the Real Property Department and are subject to change at any time. All TMK Parcels are included here as well as CPR properties. CPRs are technically real property ownership (not land) divisions and this file mainly includes residential, horizontal CPRs, and does not include leases, timeshares, condo complex units, or many commercial and industrial CPR properties. Some boundaries may be missing or out of date due to unlocatable reference maps or property descriptions.The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) maps and data are made available solely for informational purposes.
