DOD Lands with Leases expiring in 2029.
Source: Office of the Governor, Hawaii Office of Recovery and Resilience (HIORR), October 2025.
Data layers were digitized in October 2025 from the following report: Hawaii Military Land Use Master Plan (HMLUMP), Final – April 2021, which can be found at this University of Hawaii download site: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Uov0HevmHkfMG-ma-iEzxYgECHue67aY/view. Report maps were scanned and georeferenced, then used to extract relevant parcels from Hawaii TMK layers. Where only a portion of a parcel was leased, the boundary was revised to reflect the portion of the parcel included in the lease.
