Kauai General Plan Boundaries. UPDATED December, 2020. Source: County of Kauai, December, 2020. The General Plan Land Use data set was created specifically for the map figures in the 2018 Kauai General Plan Update. The data set was created utilizing TMK parcel boundaries and by digitizing hand sketched boundaries.
